My approach
I believe in relational therapy. I am not a “passive” therapist. I am collaborative and conversational, and will challenge you to try new ways of operating, and question longheld beliefs.
I also believe that therapy isn’t a space to ruminate and spiral. I guide cliemts toward action after insight, so they can take what they’ve learned in therapy into their real lives.
