I believe that healing doesn’t happen in isolation, and that our capacity for growth is endless.

Much of my work focuses on helping clients develop the skills to form and sustain healthy relationships. Together, we explore the protective patterns developed from trauma, identify outdated beliefs, and practice self-regulation and self-compassion when triggers arise. My clients learn to trust themselves, communicate effectively, and create identities that aren’t defined by their past.
